Description

This is a man-made lake built about 35 years ago as part of a water management program. It is drained in the Fall to allow for spring run-off when the snow melts, but the lowered water reveals all these funky-looking tree trunks. Usually it looks like another planet but with fresh snowfall we had this morning it takes on a much more interesting appearance. I had hoped to shoot this again at sunset but it didn't work out - no sunset and the snow is melted. 1/80 sec, f/16, iso 100, 30mm

Exif: FNumber: 16, ExposureBiasValue: 0/1, ExposureTime: 0.0125, Flash: flash did not fire, ISO: 100, WhiteBalance: auto white balance
